Credit Card Payment Notice

Through this website, you have the ability to pay certain invoices you or your employer have received from Fragomen for its services. In order to complete your payment, you will be asked to submit certain personal information pertaining to both your payment card (e.g., credit card number, name on card, CVD, expiration month and year) ("Payment Card Information") and the invoice (e.g., company name, email address, invoice number, invoice date, currency and amount). Fragomen will not retain any Payment Card Information in its records.

Submitting the payment does not alter the existing relationship between Fragomen, your employer (if any), you or your dependents (if applicable), nor does payment by your credit card create an attorney-client relationship with Fragomen.

Once you click "Submit Payment” to enter your payment on this site, your information is routed to Fragomen's secure third party credit card processor. By clicking on the “Submit Payment” button, you represent that you are authorized to use the credit card provided and agree to have your credit card billed for the amount authorized for payment. Refunds for inadvertent errors by Fragomen will be processed upon our confirming any such legitimate error upon your notice to us. In the event your credit card is refused, you or your employer, as applicable, shall remain responsible for payment of the invoice in full.
